| The Department of Education & Science sanctions the payment of allowances to trainees participating in the Youthreach programme. The allowance is paid according to your age and increases as you get older. The age groups are: Aged 16 €79.90 Aged 17 €99.80 Aged 18 and older €196.00 There is also an accommodation allowance which will be paid to anybody who qualifies. To qualify your home must be a considerable distance from the centre and not serviced by the centre bus. |
